Eligibility and account responsibility
If you create a member account or use account-based features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Communications and newsletter signup
If you sign up for our email list, request account access, submit a form, begin a reservation-related flow, or otherwise provide contact information to us, you agree that we may send you service-related communications necessary to respond to your request or support your guest experience. If you separately choose to receive marketing messages, you may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and for checking that address for account, reservation, or event-related notices when you use those features.

Any information, documents, resumes, messages, applications, RSVP details, or other materials you submit through the site must be truthful, accurate, and lawful. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific site-based service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable consumer protection or other law.
Indemnification
