Also, please remember the Dunes Resort’s bars and pool are open to the public, 21 and older. So whether you are staying with us, or just want to come and play with us at one our bars or pool, you’re always welcome.
Dunes Policies

Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in during the off-season: Daily at 3:00 PM
- Check-in during the summer: 4:00 PM
- Check-out year-round: 11:00 AM
Pet Policy
We love our furry friends! The resort is pet-friendly for an additional $40 per night.
- Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
- Pets are allowed in guest rooms but not permitted in the pool area.
- Guests are expected to be respectful of the resort and other guests.
- Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 fee.
Bag Policy
Guest safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, we ask all guests to follow our bag guidelines.
Pool Area
Approved Bags:
- Totes (max 14” x 14”)
- Small bags (max 5” x 8” x 1”)
- Backpacks (max 17” x 14” x 8”)
- Bags exceeding these sizes are not permitted.
- All bags are subject to search upon arrival.
- Non-clear bags may be subject to additional screening.
Bag Policy

- Illegal substances or drugs
