TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION
Each reservation will be guaranteed with receipt of a 1 night’s deposit. Reservations will not be held if a deposit is not received.

Only 3 room reservations per name.
We cannot guarantee specific room/cottage numbers.

CANCELLATIONS
If a reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the first night's deposit will be forfeited. 4th of July & Labor Day Weekend 60 day cancellation required.

PAYMENT AT THE RESORT
Room payment is due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Cash may be used at the front desk. No personal checks will be accepted. Checks must arrive 10 days prior to your arrival. All bars and food service operate on a cash basis only. $25 per person per day over 2. $20 Pet Fee per night. 8% Sales Tax added to rates.

We do not furnish rollaways.

No Refunds For Early Checkout.
